How to buy through Isla Vurma?
Browsing and shopping through Isla Vurma is very simple. You simply have to click on the product in question that you have fallen in love with and, once there, you have to Add to Cart to follow the steps that the web marks for you. How will my order arrive wrapped?
At Isla Vurma we love gifts, whether it is for you or for someone else, so your purchase will always arrive at your home perfectly wrapped and in perfect condition. For this we will use a beautiful 100% cotton fabric bag, which you can then reuse as many times as you want.

How can I pay for a purchase on Isla Vurma?
The way to buy is just as simple as being in a physical store. Once you choose the product that you fall in love with, you only have to make a bank transfer or purchase online. You can make the payment through Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express credit or debit cards, through PayPal or through Bizum. I have not received the confirmation email, what do I do?
If you have not received a confirmation email, don't worry, these are things that happen. Look in the Spam folder, Promotions if you use Gmail or write us an email to hola@islavurma.com and we will answer you as soon as possible. You can also write to us by WhatsApp or fill out the following form: Contact us.

How do I know where my order is?
Once you receive the confirmation email and the tracking number, you will know where your order is. If you still have questions, contact us and we will help you as soon as possible.

    Will I get my money back if I don't like what I get?
    We're pretty sure you'll love everything you get, but if you still think the item is faulty or doesn't fit what you wanted, don't worry. get in contact us and we will exchange it for another item or refund your money.     Shipping

    Our shipping costs are free for purchases over €45 for national shipments / €85 for international shipments .

    Approximate delivery times Standard Shipping option:

    • Peninsula and Balearic Islands: 3-6 business days
    • Canary Islands: 3-7 business days
    • Europe/North America: 4-14 business days
    • Rest of the World: 7-14 business days

    We also have an Express Shipping option available during the checkout process.

    > National shipments:

    Standard shipping costs are €3.90 for national territory (including the Balearic and Canary Islands*).

    Express shipping costs are €4.90 for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

    Free shipping on purchases over €45 for domestic shipments.

    > International Shipping:

    For standard shipments abroad, the cost will be €4.90. For shipments with a bag included, it will be €9.50.

    For Express shipments abroad, the cost will be €7.90. For shipments with a bag included, the cost will be €13.90.

    Sizing

    To choose the sizes of the rings we recommend that you measure the diameter of one that you have at home. Our sizes are as follows:

    Size 6 – 16 mm diameter

    Size 7 – 17 mm diameter

    Size 8 – 18 mm diameter

    Size 9 – 19mm in diameter.
