Each of the jewelry and handbag designs you'll find at Isla Vurma are crafted with premium natural materials and painstakingly hand-carved/crafted so you have a unique piece that will last a long time.
During this process, small differences and peculiarities sometimes arise that make the piece even more unique. Therefore, we do not guarantee that the product you receive will be 100% identical to the photo you see on the website. During its creation, each product, especially the sisal bags , acquires its own personality. Of course, it will be as similar as possible, but in no case an exact reproduction, since nothing you find on Isla Vurma is mass-produced by machine, but rather has been handcrafted, with the required waiting times and the specific characteristics of the craft.

To choose your perfect ring, we recommend that you measure the diameter of one you have at home.
As for the length of the chains, we work with three measurements: Short chain - 40 cm long Medium chain - 45 cm long Long chain - 50 cm long

All card payments will be managed through Shopify Payments' secure shopping platform, ensuring complete security for your transactions. You can also make payments through PayPal or Bizum.
Whether payment is made by debit, credit, or PayPal card, the charge will be made once the customer verifies their purchase and receives a confirmation email.
Shipping costs
For domestic shipments, shipping costs are €3.90 within the country (including the Balearic and Canary Islands*). Express shipping costs are €4.90 for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
If you spend more than €45 you will enjoy the option of Free Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
For international shipments (outside of Spain), the cost of Standard shipping will be €4.90.
For handbag shipments, since the packaging is much larger than jewelry, the shipping price will be €9.50. For express shipments abroad, the cost will depend on the destination country. Don't hesitate to contact us at hola@islavurma.com if you need a bag delivered urgently and live outside the country. We will find the fastest and most economical shipping option for you.
How long will your order take?
We have a 24-hour order processing time from the date of purchase, and all orders received before 12:00 p.m. will be processed the same day.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary slightly due to causes beyond our control, as we are 100% dependent on the shipping company.
In any case, for national shipments:
- Free/ Standard : 3 to 6 business days
- For Express shipping: 24-72 hours
- Shipments to the Canary Islands may not follow the established delivery time due to Customs procedures, so we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
For international shipments:
- For shipments within the European Union: delivery time will be between 4-10 business days (varies depending on the destination country).
- For shipments to North America: delivery time will be between 7-15 business days.

Return and exchange policy
If you want to exchange or return a product, you can do so without any problem within the following 30 calendar days of receiving it, as long as it is in the original condition in which it arrived.
