Each of the jewelry and bag designs that you will find on Isla Vurma are made with top quality natural materials and carefully carved/crafted by hand so that you have a unique piece that will last you a long time.
During this process, sometimes there are small differences and peculiarities that make the piece even more unique. That is why we do not guarantee that the product that arrives at your home is 100% identical to the photo you see on the website. During their creation, each product, especially the sisal bags , acquires its own personality. Of course, it will be as similar as possible, but in no case an exact reproduction, since nothing you find on Vurma Island is mass-produced by a machine, but has been handcrafted, with the waiting times required by the craftsmanship and its particularities.

Secure payment
At Isla Vurma we guarantee you 100% that you are making a SECURE PURCHASE that you can make with a credit or debit card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.
All card payments will be managed by the Shopify Payments secure purchasing platform, which means total security in your transactions. In addition, you can also make payment through the digital platform Paypal or through Bizum.
Even if the payment is made with a debit, credit or Paypal card, the charge will be made when the customer verifies their purchase and receives a confirmation email.
Shipping costs
For national shipments, shipping costs are €3.90 for national territory (including the Balearic and Canary Islands*). Express shipping costs are €4.90 for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
If you spend more than €45 you will enjoy the Free Shipping option within the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands
For international shipments (outside Spanish territory), the cost of Standard shipping will be €4.90.
For shipments of bags, as the packaging is much larger than jewelry, the shipping price will be €9.50. For Express shipments abroad, the cost will depend on the destination country. Do not hesitate to contact us at hola@islavurma.com if you need a bag to arrive urgently and you live outside the national territory, we will find out the fastest and most economical shipping option for you.
How long will your order take?
We have an order processing time of 24 hours from the purchase and all orders received before 12:00 will be processed the same day.
Delivery times are estimated and may have slight variations due to causes external to our operation, since in this sense we depend 100% on the transport company.
In any case, for national shipments:
- Free/ Standard : 3 to 6 business days
- For Express shipping: 24-72 hours
- Shipments to the Canary Islands may not follow the established delivery time due to Customs procedures, so we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
For international shipments:
- For shipments within the European Union: delivery time will be between 4-10 business days (varies depending on destination country).
- For shipments to North America: delivery time will be between 7-15 business days.

We cannot be held responsible for losses, delays in delivery or changes due to circumstances beyond our control and/or caused by the transport company. But we do guarantee that we will do everything possible to offer you the best service and the best possible solution that is in our hands.
Return and exchange policy
If you want to change or return a product, you can do so without any problem within 20 days of receiving it as long as it is in the original conditions in which it arrived.
You just have to contact us by email and request an exchange or return of the purchased item.
The easiest way to return an item is to send the products you want to exchange or return in a padded envelope and by registered letter to the following email address:

As soon as we receive the package and verify its status, we will contact you and the exchange or return will be made.
The costs associated with return shipping will be assumed by the buyer. In the case of orders with free shipping, a return of the product involves the recalculation of the initial shipping costs (except for defective products). These may be deducted from such return, if the updated order does not comply with the free shipping conditions.
If you want to exchange one product for another, the new shipping would be at our expense.
