During this process, sometimes there are small differences and particularities that make the piece even more unique. That is why we do not guarantee that the product you receive at home is 100% identical to the photo you see on the web. During its creation, each product, especially the sisal bags , acquires its own personality. Of course, it will be as similar as possible, but in no case an exact reproduction, since nothing you find on Isla Vurma is mass-produced by a machine, rather it has been handcrafted, with the waiting times required by the craftsmanship and its particularities.

To choose your perfect ring, we recommend that you measure the diameter of one you have at home. Our sizes are as follows: Size 6 - 16 mm in diameter Size 7 - 17 mm in diameter Size 8 - 18 mm in diameter Size 9 - 19 mm in diameter.
Regarding the length of the chains, we work with three measures: Short chain - 40 cm long Medium chain - 45 cm long Long chain - 50 cm long

All card payments will be managed by the Shopify Payments secure purchase platform, which means total security in your transactions. In addition, you can also make the payment through the Paypal digital platform or through Bizum.
Even if the payment is made by debit, credit or Paypal card, the charge will be made when the customer verifies their purchase and receives a confirmation email.
For national shipments, the shipping costs are €3.90 for national territory (including the Balearic and Canary Islands*). Express shipping costs are €4.90 for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
If you spend more than €40 you will enjoy the Free Shipping option within the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands
For international shipments (outside Spanish territory), the cost of Standard shipping will be €4.90.
For shipments of handbags, as it is a much larger wrapper than jewelry, the shipping price will be €9.50. For Express shipments abroad, the cost will depend on the country of destination. In any case, if you spend more than €85 on your purchase you will enjoy the Free Shipping option for.
How long will your order take?
We have an order processing time of 24 hours from the purchase and all orders received before 12:00 will be processed the same day.
Delivery times are estimates and may have slight variations due to causes external to our operation, since in this sense we depend 100% on the transport company.
In any case, for domestic shipments:
- Free/ Standard : from 3 to 6 business days
- For Express shipping: 24-72 hours
- Shipments to the Canary Islands may not follow the established delivery time due to Customs procedures, so we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
For international shipments:
- For shipments within the European Union: the delivery time will be between 4-10 business days (varies depending on the country of destination).
- For shipments to North America: delivery time will be between 7-15 business days.

We cannot be held responsible for losses, delays in delivery or changes due to circumstances beyond our control and/or caused by the transport company. But we do guarantee that we will do everything possible to offer you the best service and the best possible solution that is in our hands.
Return and exchange policy
If you want to change or return a product, you can do so without any problem within 20 days of receiving it, as long as it is in the original condition in which it arrived.
You just have to contact us by email and request an exchange or return of the purchased item.
The easiest way to return an item is to send the products you want to change or return in a padded envelope and by registered letter to the following email address:

As soon as we receive the package and verify its status, we will contact you and proceed with the exchange or refund.
The expenses associated with the return shipment will be assumed by the buyer. In the case of orders with free shipping, a return of the product entails the recalculation of the initial shipping costs (except for defective products). These can be discounted from such return, if the updated order does not comply with the free shipping conditions.
If you want to exchange one product for another, the new shipment would be at our expense.
