Our shipping costs are free for purchases over €45 for national shipments / €85 for international shipments .

Approximate delivery times for Standard Shipping option:

• Peninsula and Balearic Islands: 3-6 working days
• Canary Islands: 3-7 working days
• Europe/North America: 4-14 business days
• Rest of the World: 7-14 business days

Each of the jewelry and bag designs you will find at Isla Vurma are made with top-quality natural materials and meticulously hand-carved/crafted so that you have a unique piece that will last you a long time.

During this process, small differences and unique characteristics sometimes arise, making each piece even more special. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the product you receive will be 100% identical to the photo on our website. During its creation, each product, especially our sisal bags , acquires its own distinct personality. Of course, it will be as similar as possible, but in no case an exact reproduction, since nothing you find at Isla Vurma is mass-produced by a machine. Instead, each item is handcrafted, taking into account the time and effort required for artisanal work and its inherent characteristics.

To choose your perfect ring, we recommend that you measure the diameter of one you have at home.

Regarding the length of the chains, we work with three measurements: Short chain - 40 cm in length, Medium chain - 45 cm in length, Long chain - 50 cm in length

At Isla Vurma we guarantee 100% that you are making a SECURE PURCHASE that you can make with credit or debit card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.

All card payments will be processed through Shopify Payments' secure platform, ensuring complete security for your transactions. You can also pay via PayPal or Bizum.

Even if payment is made by debit card, credit card or Paypal, the charge will be made when the customer verifies their purchase and receives a confirmation email.

Shipping costs

For domestic shipments, Standard shipping costs €3.90 for mainland Spain (including the Balearic and Canary Islands*). Express shipping costs €8.90 for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

If you spend more than €45 you will enjoy the Free Shipping option within the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands

For international shipments (outside of Spanish territory), the cost of Standard shipping will be €4.90.

For handbag shipments, as they are much larger than jewelry, the shipping cost will be €9.50. For express international shipments, the cost will depend on the destination country.

We have an order processing time of 24 hours from the time of purchase and all orders received before 12:00 will be processed the same day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control, as we are 100% dependent on the transport company.

In any case, for domestic shipments:

• Standard/Free: 3 to 6 business days (Correos)
• Express: 24-48 hours (DHL)
  
• Delivery to Service Point: 3 to 6 business days (Correos)
• Shipments to the Canary Islands may not follow the established delivery time due to Customs procedures, so we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

For international shipments:

• For shipments within the European Union: delivery time will be between 4-10 business days (varies depending on the destination country).
• For shipments to North America: delivery time will be between 7-15 business days.

We cannot be held responsible for losses, delivery delays, or changes due to circumstances beyond our control and/or caused by the shipping company. However, we guarantee that we will do everything possible to offer you the best service and the best solution within our reach.

If you want to exchange or return a product, you can do so without any problem within the next 30 calendar days after receiving it, provided it is in the original condition in which you received it.
